- Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the same product twice
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after downloading and using the product
- Incompatibility with Unity versions not listed in the product requirements
- Issues caused by modifications you made to the product
- Failure to read the product description, documentation, or requirements
- Requests submitted after the 14-day refund period
- Third-party conflicts or issues unrelated to the product itself
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

- Include your order number or purchase confirmation
- Describe the issue you experienced in detail
- Include screenshots or error logs if applicable
- Specify your Unity version and project setup
5. Review Process
We will review your refund request within 1-2 business days. We may ask for additional information or offer technical support to resolve the issue before processing a refund. If we can resolve the issue through support, a refund may not be necessary.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
7. Unity Asset Store Purchases
If you purchased through the Unity Asset Store, refunds are subject to Unity's refund policy. Please contact Unity Asset Store support directly for purchases made through their platform.
8. After a Refund
Upon receiving a refund, your license to use the product is terminated. You must cease using the product and remove it from all your projects. Continued use after a refund constitutes a violation of our license terms.

If you disagree with our refund decision, please contact us to discuss alternative solutions. We are committed to working with customers to find fair resolutions, including product exchanges, extended support, or credit toward future purchases.
