Our products are Unity assets and tools sold under specific license terms:

  • Each product includes a single-seat license for one individual developer
  • Products may be used in unlimited commercial and non-commercial Unity projects
  • Source code may be modified for your own use but cannot be redistributed or resold
  • Detailed license terms are provided in our License Agreement

3. Purchases and Payments

  • All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe or the Unity Asset Store
  • You receive immediate access to download purchased products after payment
  • Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy

4. Intellectual Property

All content, code, graphics, and materials on our website and in our products are owned by Null Bolt Studio and protected by intellectual property laws. Purchasing a product grants you a license to use it according to the license terms, but does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Redistribute, resell, or share purchased products with others
  • Use our products to create competing products or asset packs
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code beyond what is provided
  • Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Support Services

We provide technical support for our products through our support system. We aim to respond to support requests within 1-2 business days. Support includes assistance with integration issues, bug reports, and general usage questions. Support does not include custom development work or modifications beyond the product's intended functionality.

7. Updates and Modifications

We may release updates to our products to fix bugs, add features, or ensure compatibility with new Unity versions. Updates for the current major version are included with your purchase. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our products will be error-free, meet your specific requirements, or be compatible with all Unity versions or project configurations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Null Bolt Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Null Bolt Studio from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our products, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use purchased products may be revoked if the termination results from your breach of the license terms.
